Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and social campaigns, focused on lead generation and brand visibility. This role requires managing multiple accounts, planning and executing campaigns, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive measurable outcomes from social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own LinkedIn marketing for multiple accounts, including organic and paid campaigns
- Plan and execute social campaigns focused on lead generation and demand creation
- Manage content calendars, posting, and day-to-day engagement
- Drive lead capture through strong messaging, CTAs, and campaign structures
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CPL, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on data, testing formats, audiences, and messaging
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, both organic and paid
- Proven experience running social campaigns focused on lead generation
- Experience managing multiple accounts or brands simultaneously
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation concepts
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social analytics tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or agency environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and funnel metrics
